Can Post Acne Pigments and Acne Scars be treated?

Post acne pigments and scars are different kinds of skin problems caused by mistreated acnes, but they can be treated by different laser machines with satisfying results.

Post acne pigments are discoloration of the skin formed in the deeper layer (dermis), it is called 'post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH)' in medical term.
