• As the Government has raised public awareness on safety of cosmetic procedures, customers have the right to make sure any invasive procedure being performed by registered medical practitioners in Hong Kong.
• Customers should have right to understand the whole process of treatment, the effectiveness, drug information and different possible post-treatment responses before treatment begin.
• Customer should have a clear list of the services/medication to be included in the treatment price. Because sometimes extra cost may occur in individual case. Any extra charge should be informed the clients as early as possible.
• Customer can have the name of the medical practitioners who responsible for the treatment.
• For the treatments which are operated by therapists or beautician, customers can make sure the operator having adequate knowledge and experience of operation. It would be better if the operators are well-trained and are monitored by medical practitioners closely.

• Customer should make sure the tip used in that specific treatment being the same as what they have purchased.
• The tip should be unsealed in front of the customer.
• Customer can take away the used tips after the treatment.
• Customer should check whether the machine has the certified label on it.
• The tip should be new.
• Customer should check whether the medical practitioners has the operating certificate.

Revlite

• Customer should check whether the machine has the “Revlite” logo.
• Customer should check whether the therapist has the official operating certificate.
• Customer can get the parameter of treatment and the skin response information after a course of treatment.

Sculptra®

• Customer can take the box and check if it is original stock.

Botox & Dysport

• Customer can check the name and the expiry date shown on the bottle.

Filler

• Customer can check the name and the date shown on the box.
• Customer can get the serial number of the filler being used.

Other machines

• Customer can know the name of the machine to be used for that treatment.
• Customer can double check the logo on the machine.
