Rosacea
There is another name "Red Nose" for Rosacea which commonly appears on 30-40 year old women.
Stages:
- Dilated Capillaries:
Itchiness and redness always appeared on cheeks, chin, nose and in the middle of forehead. If such condition persists, the capillaries would be remained for a long period of time and be removed more difficultly. - Pustular Disease:
Inflammation for pustule and papule would occur which is quite similar to the formation of acne. The major difference between this and acne is that no whiteheads and blackheads would be found on this patient. - Keloid Proliferation
Re-occurrence of inflammation on the affected area would lead to the abnormal growth of dermal tissue. Eventually, the skin would be thickened, keloid would be formed, this is what commonly-called as "brandy nose".
